- To prepare for the health screening, you will need to fast the night before your scheduled appointment. This means you should avoid consuming any food or alcoholic drinks after 11.00pm.
- Do not have any caffeinated products 24 hours prior to your test.
- Please ensure your appointment is 7 days before your next period; or 7 days from the last day of your last period.
- Please refrain from applying lotion or powder on your chest.
What to bring along for your appointment?
- If you wear spectacles or contact lenses, please bring them on the day of your medical examination.
- Please bring along your running shoes and gear for your treadmill test.
- In addition, you are strongly encouraged to bring along your most recent health screen result or report and films as our physicians may use that result to check on your health history and progress.
- For those with pre-existing medical conditions, please bring the relevant medical reports and supporting documents. Please bring along your NRIC/FINN or passport for registration.
What to expect during your appointment?
- After registration, your blood test will generally be taken first so that you can break your overnight fast. Complimentary breakfast will be served.
- You will then go through the series of test in your health screen plan such as electrocardiogram, chest x-ray, ultrasound and so on.
- At the end of your screening, we will arrange with you your second appointment to attend a medical review with our resident physician.
